PPGI Coil Basic Concept

1. Cold-rolled substrate color coated steel

4. Electric-galvanized color-coated plate

Coated steel plate with light, beautiful and good corrosion resistance, but also direct processing, it provides the construction industry, shipbuilding, vehicle manufacturing, furniture industry, the electrical industry provides a new type of raw materials, played a steel generation wood, efficient construction, energy conservation, pollution prevention and other good results. In addition to zinc protection, the organic coating on the zinc layer acts as a cover and insulation to prevent rusting of the steel plate and has a longer service life than the galvanized steel plate. However, in different regions and different parts of the use of the same amount of zinc coating, the same coating, the same thickness of the coating color coating plate, the service life will be very different. For example, in industrial or coastal areas, the service life is affected by the accelerated corrosion due to the effects of sulfur dioxide gas or salt in the air. In the rainy season, the coating has been eroded by rain for a long time, or it will corrode quickly and its service life will be reduced if the temperature difference between day and night is too high. Buildings or factories made of color coated steel often have a long service life with rain water, otherwise they are affected by the effects of sulfur dioxide gas, salt and dust.
First, the use of the high-quality substrate, the substrate surface, shape and size accuracy requirements are getting higher and higher, outdoor use such as small zinc flower flat galvanized steel coil, zinc-free flower flat galvanized steel coil and zinc alloy hot dip coil. Indoor use such as electric-galvanized steel coil, film cold-rolled plate, and aluminum coil.
